Style: active voice, short paragraphs, thousands separators, no over-promising. Brand = DINGPRECISION (all caps). No personal founder spotlight — the company is the work of its people.
Foshan DINGPRECISION Technology Co., Ltd. is a sheet metal manufacturer with approximately 260 people and a 15,000 m² facility, serving Midea, Toshiba, and other leading customers. From laser cutting to surface coating, all seven processes happen in our own plant — nothing outsourced.
From drawing to delivery, 100% in-house. We keep lead time and quality in our own hands, so customers don't chase parts across multiple vendors.
To be the sheet metal fabrication partner of choice for leading manufacturers.
Quality is our lifeline — "Hand quality over once, and it costs ten times to earn it back."
100% in-house, zero outsourcing — all seven processes under one roof.
Sales-led, plan-driven manufacturing — everything follows the customer's order.
Embrace change, never settle — the market moves; so do we.
Merit over tenure — earn security through capability, not seniority.
Willing to challenge ourselves — keep reinventing what "good" means.
Long-term thinking — built step by step since 2020, not chasing quick wins.
The hardest problem in sheet metal isn't finding orders — it's when lead time and quality aren't in your own hands.
DINGPRECISION started with a single coating line. Back then, laser cutting, bending, and coating were scattered across several shops. A customer's drawing had to travel three or four places, and one bottleneck delayed the whole batch. Our team made a decision a lot of people thought was too heavy: bring every process back in-house, one at a time.
From coating, to laser cutting, to CNC bending, welding, and pretreatment — a 15,000 m² fully integrated line took shape. By 2026, DINGPRECISION is approximately 260 people, seven processes 100% in-house. "From drawing to delivery, 100% in-house" became the hardest promise we make.
Underneath it is one simple belief: quality is our lifeline. The story people still tell is about a night a quality issue sent a team back to the line at 3 a.m. They disassembled and re-coated a full batch, traced the fault to a wrong curing-temperature curve, fixed the parameter, and got the samples to the customer by dawn.
This road wasn't built by one person. It was built by the hands on every station.

Two lines, one direction.
Sales-led. Everything follows the customer's order. What the market asks for, we make; when the customer needs it, we deliver.
Plan-driven manufacturing. Once orders land, manufacturing runs on plan — laser, bending, welding, and coating sequenced so every batch ships on time. Efficiency doesn't come from overtime; it comes from planning.
Sales sets the direction, planning keeps the rhythm. That's how 100% in-house stays fast and consistent.
We grow our own people. DINGPRECISION partners with vocational colleges to build off-campus training bases, bringing real production projects, process standards, and job requirements into the classroom — so students go from the classroom to the production line with skills that actually transfer.
Our growth was built by our people. Partnering with schools is how we invest in the next generation of skilled hands, and give back to the communities that built us.
The numbers in a sheet metal plant are cold — 20 press brakes, 4 welding stations, 3 powder lines and 1 liquid line. Behind every number is a person. Names are placeholders; replace with real employees before publishing.
Zhang has stood at the press brake for over a decade. On screen the number changes and the machine moves — easy, if you don't know better. Zhang knows the work isn't on the screen.
The same sheet bends differently in the morning than in the afternoon, in warm weather than in cold, thick than thin. It's called springback — the steel pushes back a fraction after every bend. How much, exactly, is something an old hand's fingers just know.
That time, a batch of long-edge parts for energy-storage cabinets came in on a different plate, a fraction thinner. The first bend landed right on the edge of tolerance. Zhang didn't keep going. He stopped the line, adjusted the compensation, ran three test bends, checking each with an angle gauge.
His apprentice said: half a degree — you can't even see that.
Zhang said: you can't. The welder down the line can. It welds into a gap, and on site the door won't close. Half a degree is a whole batch.
On Li's desk there's nothing but a schedule sheet.
Midday, three rush orders landed at once — laser for one, bending for another, welding backed up on the third. All due tomorrow. Most people would start pushing.
Li didn't move. He stared at the sheet for ten minutes, ran the three jobs through his head: which plate the laser runs first, when the brake changes tooling, when the welding robot frees up. Then he re-sequenced — staggered, so machines don't idle and people don't wait.
Someone asked: isn't that just ordering?
Li said: it's time. Get the order wrong, and overtime won't save you.
That night, all three shipped on time.
Chen came in through the school partnership, CNC major. His first day, he never touched a machine. First he heard one sentence: quality is our lifeline.
He didn't think much of it.
His first solo job was first-article inspection on a bending batch. He measured once, the numbers sat on the edge of tolerance — close enough, he thought. He was about to release it when his mentor's hand came down.
The mentor didn't scold. He told a story: a few years back, a quality problem sent a team digging until 3 a.m., and in the end it was a curing-temperature curve set wrong. "Quality handed over once costs ten times to earn back," the mentor said. "You let one 'close enough' go today, tomorrow the whole batch comes back."
Chen said nothing. He picked up the gauge again and measured every piece, until every number sat in the middle of the tolerance band.
Now when he trains interns, the first sentence is the same one: quality is our lifeline.
Brand & numbers: use "DINGPRECISION" (all caps) and "Foshan DINGPRECISION Technology Co., Ltd."; ~260 employees, 15,000 m², no "Dingyi Industrial" or "鼎壹".
No over-promising: no lead-time days, no "ISO 12944 certified" (only "tested with reference to"), no Huawei mention.
Founder low-profile: "Our Story" and "Talent & Community" use "our team / our people", no individual name.
